Dear Brother:-

I have read your letter of Jan. 9th., and can say that I have the best of feelings towards you and your family; I have full fellowship for you in the Gospel. I have all confidence in you as a true faithful and hard working man, and whatever weaknesses you may have, or wherein you lack in judgement I overlook as I do in my other brethren. Still I may differ with you in your judgment of work, and the method of conducting it; but this does not cause me to lose sight of your other good qualities.

With Love, I remain your Brother.

Brigham Young
