Dear Brother:--

Your note of the 28th of Jan. has just been received. I can only receive money for the emigration of the Saints, as money has to be paid for ships, for provisions and for Railroad Cars. Your better way will be to convert your wheat into money and send that for the emigration of the persons whose names you have mentioned
