Dear Brother:-

You must not let Potatoes rot or spoil on your hands. Let the people have them on the best terms that you can make, but if you cannot dispose of them any better,

I should prefer that you gave them away rather than have them wasted; still, I think there is no necessity for giving them away. I should be pleased if you can get wheat from Wellsville over <to Brigham City.> here. You probably can make arrangements to
this effect; we want to get teams from here to haul all the good wheat from there as soon as we can.
