Dear Brother:-

Inclosed please find a copy of a note which I have received from bro, Wilkins in England. It explains itself. The writer seems to be very anxious to obtain the means which he advanced at your request to Sister Richards. I would suggest that if you have not got the money yourself that you make no words about it but borrow it, if his statement is correct, and send it to him. Whatever you do about this matter should be done quickly, as the time is near when the money should be in England.
