Dear Sister:-I take pleasure in informing you that your husband, Elder Heber Johon Richards arrived, in company with five other Elders, at New York yesterday, en route for home. It is the intention of Elder David P. and Chas. S Kimball and himself to come home by stage. Should they not stop in the States they will be home within three weeks, but they intend to be here at the outside before conference.
