Gentlemen:

In reply to your enquiry of this morning, for a hall in which to hold an anniversary ball on the evening of St Patrick's day; I beg to inform you that the committee of the music hall will rent you their hall on that evening for $125.00, including music and caller.

The Social Hall can be had for the same purpose, lighted, heated, and including music and caller, for $200.00, under certain restrictions that will be made known if you conclude to rent it.
