Miss Sarah E. Carmichael.

Dear Sister:

I have been informed that you would not be averse to the publication of your poems in a collected form. If you have any wish of this kind, and would like to have me see that the work is properly executed and got up in good style-- say like Sister Eliza R Snow's poems -- it will afford me much pleasure to do so. The manuscript can be sent to England, and the best of material obtained there for its publication. Should you think proper to accede to this proposition, the business can be done on the same terms that Sister Eliza had her work published; and should you be in want of some means in advance, I will be pleased to let you have it at any time.

An answer to this will oblige
Your Brother,

Brigham Young
