Dear Brother:

Your letter of March 19th, on the subject of the baptism of Rasmus Sorensen, has been much delayed, having only been received by lost mail.

I know of no objection to his baptism, if he truly repents of his sins, and is determined to do right from this time forth. If he is such a man as you recommend him to be, I say let him be baptized and confirmed a member of the Church.
