Dear Brother:-In your letter of March 29th you allude to certain uncourteous remarks with which a short telegram, that you sent to me on the 28th of March, was received at the Telegraph Office, and which you say will cause you to hesitate before offering another soon.

I would like you to make inquiries and ascertain what the name of the person or persons are who indulge in those remarks, and send them to me. My relations with the Telegraph Company are of such a character that I and my friends should always receive, at least, gentlemanly and courteous treatment at the hands of their employees, and I should be disappointed if, upon representation of the facts in the proper quarters, such a remedy were not applied as would prevent any exhibition of discourtesy in the future.
