Bp. F. Kesler

Dr. Bro,

I learn from Bp Miller, Bro. Pugh and others that  Patrons of the Excelsor Mill have, in the past, been well satisfied with Bro. James C. Walker as a Miller and express a strong desire that he should be continued in our service. If not inconsistant with our Mutual interests, I would be glad to have you take him on again Bro. Walker seems very willing to do what is right and offers to work very low.

If you would not have grinding enough (to keep) two Millers at work, put one of them at millwrighting as all Millers should understand Millwrighting as well

Respectfully Your Bro. in the Gospel

Brigham Young
