Dear Brother:

I wish you take hold <and> dress the burr stones of the Empire Mill yourself, and not let the boys dress the face of them at all; but keep them in fine order yourself, so that the best of grinding can be done, and the stones be kept <uninjured and> in fine order and the credit of the Mill be maintained.
