Dear Brother:-

Your letter of the 20th, instant on the subject of the division of your property with your wife, and asking that the water may be continued to you for your 21 acres, has been received I have sent extracts from your letter to Bishop W. H. Dame of Parowan, for him to attend to. If there are not men enough down where you are to settle as small a business as dividing water and arranging such matters, you had better move up here.

With love I remain

Your Brother,

Brigham Young
