Elder G. W. Thurston,
Wellsville, Cache Co.

Dear Brother:

Your letter of the 11th instant, on the subject of the Mill and the Mill Site, has been received.

I am not calculating at the present on putting up a Mill in Cache Valley for the grinding of Tithing grain. As you state Brother Benson has expressed a willingness and offered to assist you, I think that you had better enter into an arrangement with him and avail yourself of his assistance. He is acquainted with your position, the prospects you have for doing good business and is convenient to you, and if you can enter into an arrangement with him, it might prove mutually advantageous.

With love, I remain Your Brother,

Brigham Young
