Dear Brother:

I have received a letter from Norman I. Bliss and another from his wife Sariah -- the latter written, she says, at your instance -- requesting a Bill of Divorce, for which, he says, not having money he will pay cotton.

I herewith enclose a blank form, which you can fill up for them, and return the original to this <office,> the duplicate you give to the husband and the triplicate to the wife. Also collect the pay from him.
