Dear Sir:

Your favor, of to-day's date, has been duly received. I immediately submitted it to the Managers of the Theatre, and from Mr. Caine received the reply, a copy of which I herewith enclose.
    
The Theatre being occupied, there is still the Academy of Music which you can have. It is a commodious building, and though not as large as the Theatre, may still be sufficiently large to answer your purpose.
