Elder Daniel Tyler,

Beaver, Beaver Co.

Dear Brother:

I can furnish you with all the cuttings from Mulberry trees that you need, if they will be any use to you. I cannot say that they will grow from cuttings; but Bro. Geo. D. Watt says that they will.

It would be better for you, in attempting to raise Silk, to have some one associated with you who has some knowledge of the process. I scarely think that Beaver is as good a place as some others -- Fillmore or Deseret City for instance. Still, they may do tolerably well there. I am not raising seed yet; but have a great number of young trees.

Your Brother,

Brigham Young
