Your favor has been received. Respecting my land at Manti I have placed the matter in the hands of Bishop Moffitt, and he has instructions what to sell for. I told him to have the whole piece laid out, and to average the price of the lots. The peice of which you speak will be worth more than some others, owing to its location, than the rest.
