Great Salt Lake City,

Gentlemen:
Your Petitioner prays your Honorable Body to grant him the privilege of taking out the surplus water of City Creek, not used for irrigation purposes, to increase the water power where his Carding Machines are running in the 19th Ward;

And your Petitioner always prays for you.
