Dear Brother:

Your letter about sending for your folks to England has been received and would have been answered earlier, but it has been mislaid.

We are not intending to send any teams down to the frontiers this year to help the poor; all who come through, therefore, must come by their own means. The last of February will not be too late to send back means from here. If sent by that time, it will reach England in time to be used for the emigration this season.

With love
Your Brother
