Dear Brother:

In answer to your favor of the 23rd instant I have to say that "when Presidents of Seventies get drunk and quarrel and threaten each others lives", advise their Bishops to cut such men off from the Church; and if the Bishops do the same, we will bring them up before the Church and cut them off.
