There is a young woman in your city by the name of Ellen Hodgett, or at least she is called Hodgett, Robert Hodgett being her stepfather, who is considerably afflicted. It is desirable that she be brought to this city, where she can receive such medical treatment as her case demands; and I would be pleased if you would arrange for her to come here and be sustained by her friends, family or the Ward.
