Dear Brother:

I have received a long letter from you respecting the Division Line between yourself and Bro. William Kelley. From those with whom I have conversed upon this subject, & who are familiar with the circumstances of the case, I am led to the conclusion that the decision of the High Council at Provo is correct in this matter, and I think you ought to abide by it.
