Your telegram about sending on the Certificate has been received.

Please find enclosed the Certificate of the Cal. State Tel. Co. made out to me for One Hundred Shares of Capital Stock. I have appointed you my agent to transfer the Stock to the Western Union Tel. Co., and to receive and forward to me the shares of that Company in return.
