H.F. Dibblee, Esq.
Callville.

Dear Sir:

Your favor of the 20 April reached this City during my absence in the Southern Country. I now take the opportunity of replying.

There is no doubt but that the Telegraph Line can be extended very advantageously after awhile into Arizona. It is our intention to do what we can in this direction as soon as possible. We would like to get a charter and do all that is necessary to extend the Line that others may partake of its benefits as well as ourselves.

I remain
Respectfully

Brigham Young
