Your favor of the 14th instant, making inquiry respecting your friend Elder Silas G. Higgins, has just been received. While at St. George, Washington Co. in this Territory, last Spring, I saw Elder Higgins. He was in good health and spirits then, and I think that a letter directed to him, at that place, will be sure to find him.
