Dear Brother:-

Enclosed please find a copy of a note which I have received from bro. M. F. Farnsworth respecting my renting him the house and lot lately purchased by me from Geo. Hardy of Grantsville.

I would like you to act for me in this matter. If he is a suitable man to have the house, all right, I have no objections; but I would like you to act as your judgement shall suggest about renting to him or to any other responsible man.
