Dear Sir:

Your favor of yesterday's date to President Brigham Young, respecting the sale of your place in the 13th Ward, has just been received.

He desires me to state that he has no wish to purchase. He has already invested largely in real estate, and he does not feel at present that it would be advisable for him to buy. Neither can he recommend any person to you who would be likely to purchase it,
