Dear Brother:-

I have received a letter from sister Nancy Millet who says her husband Mr. Millet has grossly neglected her. Bro Millet left her stating that he would go to Dixie and spend the winter, but was gone three years never intimating to her his whereabouts nor answering either of the several letters which had been written to him during that time. She says she has no desire to leave him if he will treat her as a wife.

Enquire into this matter, talk freely with both parties and advise me of the results.
