Dear Brother:

If you will send me the one hundred and thirty dollars in green backs which you have on hand, and give your note making it payable 15th of march 1868 to Brigham Young president of the P. E. F. for thirty five dollars in gold or its equivalents in legal tenders, your family will be emigrated if they choose to come to Utah, but should they decline your assistance, the money will will be deposited in the Liverpool office.
