Dear Brother:--

You are hereby appointed to the responsible position of Bishop of Heberville,
and the other Settlements in that valley, Wasatch Co.

It will be the better way for you to forthwith move your family and establish your store at Heberville, that your mind may be free and undivided to devote to your labors. You are young and active, and capable of being very useful in establishing the Kingdom of God; and here is an excellent field for you to continue those faithful labors and began on a foreign Mission.
