Dear Brother,-Your favor dated 13th <inst> now lies before me. I am willing to have the Amt. due you for team labor, turned on your emigration Account.

With regard to emigrating Your brother I can say nothing; We wish to assist those who have belonged to the Church for a great many years and been faithful to their Covenants. If your brother is of this number and we can, he shall be assisted another season.
