Dear Brother:-

Mrs. Mary Fatcher Picknell has compained to me by letter of unchristian like treatment she has received at the hands of her husband Bro. Picknell. I wish you to investigate the charges she
brings againts him and if they can be sustained deal with him according to his demerits.

I enclose letter and accounts which give pretty thorough detail of her greivances.
