Dear Brother,-I have received a communication from Bro. M. B. Shipp in which he states that Bro. Bartholomew has faild to comply with agreements which he formerly made with Bro. Shipp; and has excited a great deal of prejudice agains him in the minds of the people in your city. Have the Case
tried before the high Council and if Bro. Bartholomew refuses to comply with the law of right and eal justly in this matter Cut him off the Church
