Dear Brother:-- Your favor under date 28th ult lies before me. I am quite willing you should visit your native country and may the blessings of God attend you in your labors to assist your brother and family to emigrate.

We expect bro. Erastus Snow will be in your neighborhood shortly enroute to this city. You & brother Thompson could easily settle your difficulties by laying the matter before him, providing you are both humble and willing to conform to what is just and right.
