Dear Brother:--

Your note of enquiry has been received. If you wish to pay flour as donation for emigration purposes, send it to the Tithing office well sacked, and, as Cash only is available to emigrate the people from the old country, whatever cash your flour will bring at the time of its disposal in the market, will be forwarded to assist those whom you may wish to emigrate.

Cash on poor fund donations can be received as late as April 1st Flour should be forwarded to the Tithing office in this city as son as possible in order that advantage may be taken of the market

We presume it will cost 65 dol. in green backs to bring an adult from England to the frontiers or rather the terminus of the Union Pacific Rail Road

Your brother in the Gospel
