Dear Brother:-

It matters not where the Corporation and precint line may run let it remain where it now it, but the people have a right to occupy unfenced land and if in Manti Corporation the people pay taxes to Manti and the same with Epheriam.

All land claimed must be fenced to insure a just right to such property.

The people of Manti and Epheriam to improve the land Commencing from their fields which are already fenced and occupying and fencing land until field meets field, if they choose to do so.
