Dear bro:-Your favor of 13th inst to President B. Young was received with one Currency Dollar enclosed, asking for a deed to a piece of land in South Ogden survey. Prest Young said that if you wish to get that land you would have to pay something for it. I therefore return you the dollar which please find enclosed.
