Bishop Thomas Callister
Fillmore.

Dear bro:-

Mr Josiah Hosmer of this city, who has a Store at Fillmore is owing me some Three Hundred Dollars in money, and I wish you would please ascertain if there is any wheat in his store or if he owns any wheat at Fillmore, and if so, what it can be bought for in cash, as I want you to secure it for me. Please telegraph me what wheat there is & cash price. You need not let it be known that it is for me as it might hinder you, but after having secured the wheat in the Tithing office for me, you can give him a Cash order on me. If he has not got wheat enough, get factory cloth, or sugar.

Please attend to this forthwith, and oblige your brother,

Brigham Young
