In reply to your note of the 12th inst., the most satisfactory and probably best course for you to pursue in the matter is to call upon Judge Elias Smith, take out letters of administration upon the estate of your father, deceased, and then follow such advice as Judge Smith may give you as to the most discreet course to take in regard to the property in question.
