Dear Brother:

I am going to draw a draft on the Company that bought the grist mill and woollen machinery of me, of which you are a member, in favor of William Miller for thirty-five hundred dollars ($3,500) worth of stock to be delivered on the 1st June next, compliance with which at that date will enable me to meet other obligations and will thus much oblige,

Your brother in the Gospel.
