Dear Bro:

The President wishes you to buy for him about 3 or 4 dozen Mill Picks, 11/4 in broad, 21/2 lbs weight (about 1/3 of them to be 2 lbs or 21/4 lbs weight with hole in the middle for handle. Of course they are to be of the best quality. To be sent on the present season for use this fall.

We have had almost continued rain for the last 12 days. This evening it is fine.
