Bp. Wm R. Smith,

Dear brother:-

Sister Eliza Kittleman, who now resides, I learn, in your ward, is the widow of a bro'r. Kittleman, who once donated a lot in this city to the P. E. F. Co.; and as it was sold to a bro. Kidgell here, who now wants the deed, and bro Kittleman did not give a deed, it becomes necessary for her or one of her sons of age to be appointed administrator, so as to be able to make out the deed. Therefore I wish to know if you can get her to come down for the purpose, or her son, and Judge Elias Smith will, he says, attend to it at once. It should be known here beforehand when they will come, so that the Judge may be at home.

Your kind attention is respectfully requested, by
Your friend & brother,
