Mr Richard Warburton,
County Recorder, Tooele Co., Tooele.

Dear brother:-

Enclosed please find a Mortgage Deed given by Rydalch & others favor of Brigham Young Sen. which he (Prest. Young) desires you to record in your County Records. Please first take the acknowledgement in the usual form and place it at foot of the document and then record -- of course it should read that W. C. Rydalch, James Wrathall & James Kearl to you known appeared &c and acknowledged that they &c Consequently you will have to see each of them. Please make it your business as soon as you conveniently can, to do so, and I will settle. You may have to go to Grantsville to see some of them, but I will make you whole for your trouble if you are obliged to go there to get their acknowledgement.

Your kind attention will very much oblige Yours faithfully,

T. W. Ellerbeck
Clk for B Young Sen.
