Margaret Vaughan, on the 11th day of May A. D. 1867 signed a bill of divorce and her husband Phillip Vaughan, signed the same on the 22nd inst (to day) and was not able to pay expenses. Consequently if she can send up to this office the amount ($10). in money I will send down the bill to her, through you. Please advise her of the same.
