Sarah, a wife of Wm. A. Hickman, who is residing at Frogtown (Camp Floyd) has been to this office, and signed the enclosed bill. Please have him sign the same & pay $10.00 Cash which please forward to this office with the Original. When paid for, you can at once deliver to him the Duplicate & to her the triplicate. Your kind attention is respectfully solicited.
