Mr Judson L. Stoddard
Farmington,

Dear brother:

I learned from bro Wm R. Smith that you were appointed by the Probate Court of Davis Co. sole administrator of the estate of bro. Kettleman-- deceased, who in his life time turned a city lot in this city over to the P. E. Fund Co who sold the same to a bro Kidgell who now wants the deed which will have to come from the administrator or Administrators of said estate. I would be glad if you would let me know if you are the administrator solely, or jointly with another, & when you can sign the necessary deed. Probably when you come to the city you will let me know, which will oblige

Your brother,

T. W. Ellerbeck
