The bearer, Sister Erike Madsen wife of Peter Madsen of your ward, signed a 'bill' on the 6th March 1868 over 3 years ago. She is now residing at Franklin, and has come down to get the bill. Please therefore have him sign the same at once, it being enclosed for this purpose.
