The First Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, viz. Presidents Brigham Young and Daniel H. Wells, and Elder George A. Smith of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of said Church, after hearing, at the request of William Bringhurst, the minutes of the High Council in the case of Nicholas Groesbeck vs. William Bringhurst, sustained the decision of said High Council held in Salt Lake City, June 29, 1868, inasmuch as pertains to the amount to be paid and by whom, to wit: That William Bringhurst shall pay to Nicholas Groesbeck five hundred and thirty seven dollars and fifteen cents ($537.15/100) in cash, with the interest thereon at the rate of ten per cent per annum from the 1st day of November, A. D. 1866; and varied from said High Council decision by extending the time of said payment from July 29, 1868 to September 1st 1868.
