Your communication of August 2nd is before me, and in answer I would Say: I thank you for the confidence you express; not being acquainted with your views and circumstances I am unable to render you any advice at present; but this will be hardly needed as you purpose making a visit to our Territory this Fall, when I will endeavor to give you such advice or information, as you may seek at my hands.
