President B. Young
Ogden.

As I telegraphed you an hour ago, I received this day from Mr Frost, Assist Cashier, $90.000. of which $40.000 is in drafts as agreed. I think they should have your endorsement to each of them, & therefore enclose <two of> them <each of $5000.00>. If you send these drafts back endorsed please leave an inch above your name. Jennings wants some exchange right away. The other Thirty Thousand of Drafts can wait your return, perhaps.

Mr Frost wishes your own signature to the enclosed Voucher for July, being $94.085.60 and he will give you up my receipt for that sum. He will then hold my rect for $25.914.40 being the balance of the One Hundred and Twenty Thousand dolls.

I have got br. Charles Stayner to assist bro. Schettler till your return.
